Returns and Refunds Policies

Standard Items Non pre-order items are subject to standard return policy, which allows a customer to return all items within 30 days of purchase provided the customer is not satisfied with the item provided it is not damaged.
Special Pre-Order By Pre-Ordering, customer invokes his right to purchase something that is not currently available to the general public and which causes the vendor, Belmont Store, to acquire an item on behalf of the customer. If the item is stated to be purchased on a specified date and time, customer is entitled to a full refund prior to the date and time of the transaction. However, if published date and time arrive and vendor makes good on promise to acquire specific item at that date and time, customer accepts full responsibility for generating a pre-order and accepts a non-cancellation policy after the event starts. Customer has unlimited time prior to the event to cancel, so requests to cancel after the event are clearly a manipulation of terms. Belmont Store will uphold standard card practices limited to but not exceeding the statements related to pre-order items.
